Verdes is one of the newest restaurants to join the Hilton Leisure group. A fixture of the picturesque Fylde village of
Great Eccleston, near Garstang, the restaurant is housed in a Grade II-listed building that dates back many hundreds of years and the interior is attractively decked out to offer a cosy and intimate dining experience, although it can accommodate up to 90 people.
